At HomeHive, your satisfaction matters. You may return unopened, unused items within 5 days of delivery.

For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us at help.homehive@gmail.com. within 48 hours with photos and product opening video proof.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund within 3‑5 business days. COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
